Then you have a rare, understandable situation. Here's a simple thought to weigh. Just mail the registration to your philadelphia place. Since you don't need to worry about parking in berks, you don't have to worry about your car being titled to your suburban address.

I'm semi-retired(as in I'm not old enough to retire but I don't have to work) and do a lot of charity work. I built every business by myself, and one day I realized that I could actually chill out and enjoy myself a bit. My retail businesses run themselves if I'm not there. I just got done with a couple of book ideas and I'm currently working on another project. I also work on some websites congruent to my businesses. I have a recording studio and do stuff with that.

Alot of non-personal stuff involves teams that I have trusted and managed for years, so its not like I do everything myself.

In my business I get about 200+emails a day that are delivered to my phone, computers, car, or out-n-about through various means, so it really doesn't phase me to answer a post then flip the window and go back to work.

Oh, and I don't sleep.

What I am thinking of is students where it is a temporary residence, then I THINK the insurance would still be valid.

Actually it is kind of a vacation home in the city. I live in Berks county & spend most of my time out there.

alesis, how do you get anything done as much as you respond to this board????
