Wow, that's quite a stretch.
I don't do that type of work, but I was interested in knowing who did it and saying thank you for a great job. And, no, I'm not a fan of the light placement, but the design, in my opinion, makes the most of them.
We're steeling ourselves for an onslaught of a summer of out of town guests, and that pleasant raised, sheltered sidewalk seating design keeps them happy and content without our doing anything to entertain them, which is something that isn't found anywhere else on the street. Were it available elsewhere, the guests would be there, too.
As we all know there are a few facades that could use a redo, which would benefit all of us.
So Mereward, what do you think about the design? Are you, as we are, huge invested neighborhood fans?
