Just wondering if anyone was familiar with selling homemade goods in and around the neighborhood. I know the carrot cake guy sells his goods walking down the street (and in lee's?). Does anyone know where he makes it? At home? In a certified kitchen (by the Health Dept)?

How about food sold at the Farmer's Market. I bought cookies there once.

I am investigating selling homemade cookies out of my house, just for fun to neighbors and friends. Didn't want to run into any law issues, but people can't seem to get enough of my cookies.
