Is the Wayne Junction area gentrifying? Taking the train into Wayne Junction from the north I notice what appears to be a refurbished building (it looks like lofts) towards the west. And I've been noticing more and more young people getting on at Wayne Junction. With the proposed rebuilding of the Septa Station I can't help but think that the influence of East Falls is spreading south. Does anyone have more info?
