What about homeowners that died, and the homes eventually sold off?....

used to be a nice clean neighborhood when I grew up there. People were respectable and kept their homes nice. They lived there for decades and eventually died off. The natural process of selling off a home then took place. Being fair in the housing market, the current inhabitants were handed those homes in good condition, then allowed them to deteriorate to ghetto status because they just don't care about anything. They'd rather pick up a crack pipe or a handgun, than pick up a paintbrush.
The gardens they neglected turned into trash-dumps for pizza boxes and beer cartons.
It's all about respect, and being responsible.
So
don't go spouting that "whites are responsible for for the ghettos"! Us "whites" did not create the pattern of living that these scummy ghetto people seem to live by. Don't blame us for something we have nothing to do with.
