If your proposed business is one of the above (and you have good customer service), I would support you.
I think there is a shoe store on Fairmount (south side around 19th street)

There was a stationery place on Parrish (maybe around 23rd); but it closed; I assume due to lack of biz?

There is a car wash place (weekends at least) on 25th between Poplar and Girard)

As for clothes; that would be nice but who would open a place like that in Fairmount? Consignment maybe, but a botique would do better on Old City/Rittenhouse or MNK.

If/when they build Parkway 22 there might be the density and cash for these places.

I am in for the others especially Mexican
