So, I just put a deposit on a house on Webb St. in Fishtown. I'm moving from Boston in a few weeks and am suddenly struck with the "what did I do where am I moving" panics. The area over there is super commercial and definitely lacks charm, but I like the house. Anyone live in that part of Fishtown? Any thoughts on the area?

I saw some places over near Belgrade and thought the area had more charm, but the places I saw were not great.

Thoughts?
