Both sides of 3rd Street between Race St. and Arch St.
Both sides of Arch St. between 3rd St. and 4th St.
Cherry St. between 3rd St. and 4th St.

If your car is not moved by the regulated time it will be relocated by the Philadelphia Police Department to another street in the area
