Sharpie's business is the misery of others and he's put the house on going long on suffering.
He's not stupid, he's not going to do anything that might be bad for biz, like trying to get blacks to stop tyranyzing eachother.
It's much better to use the old misdirection ploy and blame any authority figure (black or white) for all that ails.
