I am slightly disappointed that they were purchased by Best Buy, but I haven't seen them start to wholesale suck yet.

I've had them for 4 or 5 years, tech support when needed is out of Seattle, other than some minor bumps when initially setting up I've had no problems and pretty solid uptime.

They are a bit pricer than other options but I've felt it's been worthwhile. I also have their VOIP service which you probably won't need ... but it includes most of the freakin civilized world in the free calling such as UK and Denmark (others as well but those are the 2 I call.)

I have their home service but figure you might want the business one.
