They were building this house or renovating it at 3rd and Reed or Wharton near Sacred Heart a little while ago. 500,000 for 3 floors, 3 bedrooms and 1 bath. WHATT!! sorry, I will keep my little 2 story 4 bedroom and 2 full baths. That is crazy.
Those houses between 4th and 5th and Wharton that look like the project houses at 3rd and Washington...3 bedrooms 1 bath. 500,000!
