Ok, thanks for the link, just watched it... it does seem an extra kick or two, and dragging the guy across the street after the cuffs were on may have been a bit much, BUT as mentioned, they keep kicking the one guy because they can't get the cuffs on him, as soon as the arms seemed to be cuffed, they stop. They were shooting supects, what, a day or two after a cop was just shot, so the cops are going to be a bit more deffensive, and rightfully so I think. I'm the first to agree with Too much force, in this case, I don't think it was used.
