I believe that it is currently (post-9/11) one of only 2 buildings in the US to have 100 floors or more (the other being the Sears Tower). The Empire State building claims 102 floors but I believe floors 87-101 (if they exist) are completely contained in the spire and not true occupied floors. The 102nd floor is a real floor since it has an observation deck.
