The most puzzling thing I notice on these boards is how people say that these forums are "unfriendly" or that the people are "downright mean" or even "downright nice". I always approach message boards/blogs in this matter: if they agree with me, they are the enlightened and educated people of our great city, and if they disagree they are ridiculous and ignorant. And when some of these ignorant bastards throw in an insult, they are like that elevated wasted dude at a freind's wedding...such a shame they look like an ass.

Obviously none of my perceptions are true, but I think thats the fun of these places. What, you go to the Starbucks at 3rd and Arch??!?!? Get a life, you anti-neighborhood corporate pawn!!! What, you are a member of the neighborhood dog owner/walker clique?? You're my best friend!!!

Anyone that takes bloggers or posters too serious, needs to make an adjustment. We all probably passed each other on the street 4 times in the last week; I wouldn't hold a grudge on anyone on a stupid message board.

Unless you were a Dallas fan. Then you might get jacked up in front of the Ducks and get a kazoo in the ear.
