St. John's has a mission on 13th St. But I have always found those people to be rather harmless. The 4 that commenced this attack were teens, who IF they had been in school, were probably coming back and starting trouble.
Expect to see shootings of 'poor, troubled, youth, who were basically good kids' go up, as people who are more frightened start to carry more.
