Fork Etc., on Market between 3rd and 4th, is open until 8:00 every day, I believe. I was told at one time that they also have free refills on coffee, but I'm not sure if that's still in effect.

Society Hill Hotel Bar has free wifi, if you don't mind studying in a bar.
