Joe Wilson is the very high quality developer of The Artisan Townhomes on the 1400 block of Bainbridge, so hopefully he's got something special planned for this site. Between this and 777 South Broad, in another two years this strip of Broad could look immensely different! |

Incidentally, we met Joe one day when we were doing one of our open house snoops at The Artisans. Not only does he build beautiful buildings, but he seems like a really nice guy too. Good for him.
