Unless SugarHouse gets built, I just don't see a market for an 11 story (let alone 17 story) hotel in Fishtown.

As far as doing away with the name Kensington, I doubt it. Kensington in London is high class, so maybe they'll spin it with a faux English connection.

The neighborhood played a huge role in the development of Philly as an industrial powerhouse in the 19th century, so I doubt the "official" name will ever change.
