I delivered there in April 06 and it was a fantastic experience. Honestly I've never heard a single bad experience there.
At least then, they had 50% single rooms and 50% double. Priority for the single rooms are given to c-section and multiples but otherwise it's just random. I was in a double but never had a roommate.
I expect to be back then in the fall.
