Wait...so you have a right to bash a local business because you're annoyed but no one has the right to bash you back because you annoy them...is that about it? You can take the "necessary action" but anyone who disagrees shouldn't speak up.
Try the suburbs where you can yell at kids and shake your fist when their ball gets on your lawn.
