DH and I have been on the Ducks. Had a good time and yes we quacked passers by. Most waved back. It is not as if the area in question is pristine and quiet. Get real, it is Downtown Philly. We could barely hear the tour guide above the traffic noise, that is why they have to use microphones. I would rather hear the Ducks than all of the people blasting hip hop out of open car windows but guess what I live in the city, it is what it is. If I want quiet I could have moved to the burbs and the last place I would live in Downtown Philly. You live in a Downtown area because of all that is happening there. Like naked women walking down Walnut Street carrying a beverage. Ya gotta love the place.
