Ie, they wanted a new park built, a community association building with a pool, etc etc etc.... The developer said "your nuts, that's the local and city governments job to build those" and that was pretty much it. I do not think Silica owns this but maybe they do, if so they are local... Front and Girard is where their offices are located. Don't know what anyone was thinking buying that with the intent to rehab tho, the market will not bear the costs in that location...
