Yeah but again, just another thought on this...

These houses have garages & are apparently selling like hotcakes at >$600K.

On the other hand, the ones directly across the street (#s 1925-1937 Kimball, which I also looked at the other night) don't seem to be selling nearly as well & they start at $350K. [And these are VERY nice too + appear to be even better in some other ways - including finished basements, bigger roof decks & bigger bedrooms.]

I just think, particularly on this street (where there is no street parking), that a garage is often what will sell a house.

ETA: That is, these http://www.conwayteam.com/Propertyht...25kimball.html (And I see the website says they start higher, but the sheet I picked up at the open house the other night does say they start at $350K, so I guess they've reduced them.)
