Yeah, that's one thing my husband & I noticed too that we can say our house has over on these. We have a powder room on our middle floor as well as the full 2 up & 1 down. So I guess that makes our little hacienda "better" with its grand total of 3.5 vs. "only" 3 bathrooms. (I know, very decadent!

(But anyway, at least if you have to go up/down to use the loo you don't have to worry about being "overheard" in the diningroom.
