Yeah, last week when I went to the "twilight open house" for The Towns at Kimball, which I believe are all only on the south side of the street (facing Center City), I also stopped in to one of the other developments across the street. (At this point it looks like there are two separate developments on the north side of Kimball, which I don't think are affiliated with Cava at all.) Those are also very nice, but they don't have garages, which I think makes them a somewhat harder sell (especially in light of the fact that there is no parking on Kimball).
But I guess you're talking about the League Street land. Yes, I heard something like that too. We also were told that this currently developing 1900 block of Kimball Street will be the only full block of completely new houses in Philly when it's done.
