Marvine St. is right next to Albert Einstein Medical Center, which is where I found the tag.

There's no vet's number on there.

Also the V in Kovalcyn is very worn, it is possible that it could be a different letter, maybe a Y, or W, not sure.

It's funny that it may have been lying around for about 40 years! Too bad I can't reach the Kovalcyn (or whatever spelling) family and let them know! It would be sentimental to me as a pet lover.
