"The water department, in seeking a solution for the overflow situation in the Poquessing Interceptor, has proposed a corrective action plan," Harney told the Northeast Times on Friday. "One of the details of the (plan) was to install that overflow tank. They’ve revised their (plan) due to the unpopularity of the overflow tank and the new city ordinance."
