Fairmount Park is the largest city-owned property in Philadelphia. It is a great place to live because of Kelly Drive and the close proximity to center city. No where else in Phila has that much greenery. Beautiful area-also look into Brewerytown Square by Westrum development Company. Great neighborhood!!
