I'm really sorry to hear that this happened to you...I was a former Tower resident (BOONE) and many of us who watched the constuction of your building knew this would be the result...they didn't seal the cinderblock where it's exposed to the elements, for ONE...
Not to mention that this kind of thing is their M.O.
Get out while you can. DEMAND your deposits back and to be let out of the lease. Post your photos on northernliberties.org....
