Well especially with the smoking ban any place that serves good food you're likely to find children in it at 4:00 pm. I took my children to Yellobar after 4:00 and will probably do so in the future. Seems they encourage children there because they have a high chair. I also know what I'm getting into too otherwise I'd only go to places without bars. I think we can all get along during the dinner hours.
