Looking at the description though, and not having anything extra to go on like piercings, tatoos or unique clothing commonalities, makes this dude hard to spot. The only thing that stands out is the wide-spaced eyes and that he likes to hang out west of Broad below Market Street [maybe not far from where he lives]
