My guess is that Stranac is referring to Clark Park because of the unique "mom scene" there, which is really a wonderful place for neighborhood families to meet up, not the lack of green space in Mt. Airy. I think everyone would agree that the Mt. Airy/Chestnut Hill area really has the best open/green space in the city.
