Default Southwark District

Dear Dave:
With respect to the federal to the federal designation of the "National Southwark Historic District"-could you provide a link or written proof to its Federal status? I have never seen anything but the city's designation, which lends Southwark's name to the area encompassing "West of Pennsport from Mifflin Street to Washington Avenue, 4th to 8th Streets", while Queens Village Neighbor's Association states that Queen's Village Boundaries are "Lombard Street to Washington Avenue, the Delaware River to the east side of Sixth Street"-meanwhile the "Philadelphia Almanac and Citizens' Manual" states that Queen Village is "Below South Street, along Delaware River to the vicinity of 8th and Carpenter Streets". Thanks!
